Boyfriend, I've nothing to wear! Taking me shopping but darn that idiot offered me his denim..

So, you wanted to go shopping and you tried your luck but all you got is his old pair of jeans.. Never mind men are like that. Don't even get me started!
Boyfriend jeans are quite in, AGAIN! In case you are wondering how to wear it without feeling like a boy..here are a few easy tips!

Well boyfriend jeans can be a little tricky. Make sure you don't end up looking tattered. Boyfriend jeans are everything but skinny! They don't cling; they don't make you sweat in places you didn't know you could sweat; and they don't need to be peeled off after a long, hot day.

Look number 1. :  To make it feel thoroughly 2013, choose a blouse in a fluid material, like silk or gauzy cotton, for a languid, effortless look.
White is always right!

Look 2 :  Can't get behind the inherent slouchiness — and therefore, sloppiness — of boyfriend jeans? We can fix that. Top off your jeans with a basic summer coats/jackets and some statement shoes to instantly pull it all together.

Summer Coats!

Look 3 : Give it a feminine touch! Add some accessories  to it! Belt and some rings or may be bracelet!!!
feminized boo's jeans!

Look 4 : Add a Clutch and bright color to add more life to your boyfriend's jeans. In case, if you haven't already noticed the folded bottoms..

Print on me!!! :)

Prints are complimenting prints and I absolutely love it! It is actually something I like to incorporate into my style whenever I get dressed, whether it’s mixed prints, or odd colors, or both!

I loved this look. Not only for the prints, but the color scheme as well.  For print on print you need to be very careful. In this look colors aren't over powering each other rather complementing.
It's one of the scariest trends to attempt, but once you get a handle on print mixing, it can change your life. Think about it — when you can start creating combos that you've never tried before, your potential wardrobe combinations and permutations increase exponentially, you can get dressed faster, and you'll impress your fashion friends (seemingly) effortlessly.

1.Floral and Soft Stripes
Dainty floral and soft, hazy stripes fill the same fashion space for us — comfy, cozy, and ladylike yet laid-back ... which explains why they go so well together. Look for a floral print that's a little more colorful and stripes in a neutral tone for maximum co habitability.

2. Scarf Print and Nautical Stripes — Scarf prints are found everywhere this summer, so why not wear them with another warm-weather staple? The trick to pulling this off is finding both in similar color families and matching whites.

3. Thick Stripes And Nubby Tweed — Yes, textures count, too! This nubby, patterned tweed skirt was begging for some lightness, which came in the form of a sheer, striped top that mirrored the tuxedo stripe on the skirt. How's that for some harmony?

4. Animal on Animal - the secret to making it look modern is to wear one in a realistic print and the other in a more artful, graphic iteration.

*Yes google helped me in putting this whole post together! :)

This summer!!!

This summer make sure you wear the right kind of jewelry and don't end up getting allergy.
If earrings make your earlobes itch or your necklace leaves a rash around your neck, you may have a nickel allergy. It’s one of the most common skin allergies, in part because nickel is used in everything from jewelry to coins, zippers, and eyeglass frames.

So be careful what you choose for. You’ll usually see symptoms 6 to 24 hours after you’re exposed.
If left untreated, your skin may become dark, leathery, and cracked. Usually the rash is only on the part of your skin in direct contact with the nickel. In serious cases, the rash may spread. Sweating may make it worse.

Look for jewelry that is hypoallergenic -- made of stainless steel, at least 14-karat gold, pure sterling silver, or polycarbonate plastic. If you must wear earrings that contain nickel, add plastic covers made specifically for earring studs. Buy eyeglass frames that are nickel-free.

Not So bad ZARA!

Remember my last post?
I was really upset with my Zara bag. I had reached a level where I wanted Zara to know how bad the quality was. I totally forgot about the policy that Zara has. You can exchange the product with in a month of purchase and if you want you can even get the money back. So here say hello to my bag..

Zara..Zara!!!

You say Zara..and you have my attention. Yes, we all love Zara. Zara designs and all the styles are to die for. Unless we get H&M here in India. I'm sure you must have at least 3-4 Zara label lying in your cupboard. Similar is the case with me.
I recently bought 4 pants and a very cool Zara bag but to my surprise..Zara quality isn't what it used to be. Yes, I was also heart broken at first to realize it. Its no fun to know that y our almost-favourite brand has started disappointing you. First my pants were torn, later it was my bag.My bag..yes I love my bags. I was looking for a bag for quite a long time. I want my bag to be big enough to fit in almost everything yet not be in you face. And I found one in Zara. It a navy blue sling bag. Apt size. I was so happy but in 5 days the strap came off and a week later to that zip was a problem!
Why Zara..why!!! </3

I work with an e-commerce company as a fashion stylist. Its been crazy fun working with models and photographers (cameras). I love camera! I love working for camera and generating ideas for photo shoot.
The thrill that you get to see your idea o screen is weirdly kick ass!
Anyway except for my camera obsession I like liking random things for a very short span. I get bored easily. I get a constant urge to have a new urge.
I like Sonam Kapoor! Do you?
Have you seen her? I'm sure you have. (Lets get the bus rolling) I like her style..this blog is going to be mostly about that. STYLE I mean!!!

Okay back to Sonam Kapoor.. I like her style. who is her stylist dude? I know her stylist made her copy hollywood. Its not Sonam's fault. I still like her!!!
